    Can’t bring it as carry-on because it probably qualifies as a weapon, so it had to go in checked luggage. And that’s how you know it’s a good stick, because someone probably had to pay extra for their “second item of luggage” (and a non-standard size, too!)

    I am impressed and baffled that the stick survived that experience. The only explanation is that the baggage handlers realized it must belong to a dog and were extra careful with it.
