Just make it so normal that people accept it. And for others they can say “he’s joking, like he was always joking”

Not always, but whenever we did the “lets put the dictator on a remote island” or similar thing, they came back, with a vengeance.
It depends on the island. Napoleon died on a remote island. It took a few tries though.
