I’m thinking this community could be successful as on Reddit. Waiting to see what the reaction/feedback might be from members, so feel free to leave comments.
Mods at r/Fauxbait (see also https://redd.it/14ce2b1 regarding future of that subreddit) have been contacted to let them know of this.
July 26: Hello to new members and all of you who are still here despite the drama and attention garnered the past two days (good or bad, only time will tell). I’ve made slight tweaks to the sidebar and we will continue with the same focus as before to highlight beautiful human beings…
[addition] I’m eagerly waiting to see the reaction/answer to this comment - https://lemmy.world/comment/1718814
Looking for additions to mod team if you want to help bring this community to life…
July 21:
Great to see new members and old friends from Reddit! Hope to see more posts from others.
Big welcome @[email protected] to mod team 👍
Personally this feels like a gross way to frame looking at people who look as though underaged. I appreciate the age verification, but it still feels as though it’s sexualizing the idea of “these people look like they’re not legal”

Thanks for your perspective.
And for letting me know about LemmyNSFW via your messages to mod teams at Reddit.
Hi, your opinion is appreciated, though I obviously would disagree with the “gross way” part.
The faux part is indeed intentional. To me, if the model and photographer succeeds in conveying a particular “vibe” via some pose or selective imagery to the viewer, then they’ve succeeded in the art of erotica…
