That’s what I’m talking about, to try to start treating other people as people instead of a group of people that you’ve defined in your own mind, maybe without any evidence or reason.

The evidence is there. I gave you a citation for it and several explanations such as the recent courts piling on Trump.

The fascists (Democrats) are scared of Trump winning and are trying to block him from running. That is what fascists do.

They should stop giving him the limelight and just let people make their decisions. If left alone, I think Trump would lose. He isn’t popular with the Democrat or the Republicans base.

How can you say he’s not popular with the Republican base in good faith?

He’s the leading nominee and always has been.

As I’ve said before the conservatives have made him the definition of their party.

Yes popular with people who like Trump.

If you look at most the republicans, he’s not overly popular. I’m not a fan. Most republicans I know are not fans. Maga republicans are not the standard republican.

Now I’ll support him over Biden but I don’t feel he’s a conservative or a really a republican. He is most likely going to be the candidate.

Read the article I posted about it.

How is he the leading republican nominee if he is not overly popular.

            Trump - 62.0% DeSantis - 12.8% Haley - 10.8%

I think there’s a lot of people who are too embarrassed to admit they like him, personally.

Haley is a standard Republican. Trump has a cult following of people who have invaded the party. Trump originally was going to run as a Democrat but didn’t get the nomination. He then switched to Republican where he did.

Had he received the Democrat nomination, the Maga people would have gone Democrat.

The people who vote for Biden, would vote for almost any Democrat. THe people who vote for Trump, most likely wouldn’t vote Republican otherwise. I know several life long Democrats who voted for Trump. Other than Trump, they don’t like Republicans. He is so disliked, that Republicans were openly telling people to vote for Joe Biden.

              https://newrepublic.com/article/175331/never-trump-republicans-actually-just-democrats-now

It’s why I don’t want Trump to win I want a traditional Republican like Haley to win.

While there are things I like about De Santis, there are things I don’t like about him. He comes off as very petty.
