Texas has begun flying migrants from the U.S.-Mexico border to Chicago. Gov. Greg Abbot's office says the first flight carried more than 120 people and took place Tuesday.

    They only impounded buses which didn’t follow the rules of dropping them off at certain places and times. Not all buses.
