He’s certainly not helping himself by further defaming them after trial. You can discharge legal fees in most cases, just not for malicious acts.

He’s got money. I’d wager he’s hiding it, but not quite well enough that a good bankruptcy judge won’t notice.
I mean, he made $100+m. Seems unlikely to me that someone would make that much, hang out with the people he did, without paying someone to hide a bunch of it really well.
