    Its not illegal to transport illegal aliens across state lines, never was.

      “(ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise…”

      I suppose it doesn’t matter, since it seems both left and right can just pick and choose which laws they think do and don’t apply to them.

        Border patrol literally picks up illegals from the middle of the desert and dumps them in border towns.

        The law effectively doesnt matter. Its like that law about driving and having a flagger be infront of you. Its outdated, unenforced, and might as well not exist.
