Apologies if this is a common question. However, I was wondering if anyone could recommend good books for understanding the socio-economic and political situation in Ukraine leading up to Russia’s invasion in 2022? I’m aware Russia invaded Crimea earlier (2014), but perhaps that could be part of the lead up to 2022, among other important events. Just basically wanting the Ukrainian perspective that still is objective and detailed in analysis.
