This summer’s Harbor Jam weekend performance lineup includes headliners Forever Sege r - The Silver Bullet Experience – a tribute to Bob Seger, and Philadelphia Freedom - A Tribute to Elton John . Each night’s entertainment kicks off at 6 p.m. with DJ Ketchup , followed by the headliner performance at 7:30 p.m. The Sunday, July 30 concert will also be followed by a special firework show.
