Probably unpopular opinion, but recently i found infinite scrolling being very addictive. I would like to scroll about 50 posts (might be customizable), then click a button to load more, like in Voyager.

Sounds like you need a timer on your Lemmy app.
In Android: Settings -> Digital Wellbeing -> Dashboard
There you can set timers for specific apps, which let’s you use those apps for only the amount of time you specify, per day.
