I’ve also migrated to Anilist form MAL some years ago, but personally I’ve never missed having a dedicated app as Anilist’s website works really well with mobile browsers.

Overall I just hate the “appification” where people put out a mobile app with no functionality that wasn’t already possible to do just as well in the browser. Not everything needs to be its own app.

…but either way, Anilist has a great API, which means you can use any app you desire, best of both worlds.
