Get this man a bulletproof vest, bodyguards, subdermal GPS, and a food taster.

Being in a position to and actually credibly threatening the capitalist’s exploitation derived profit expectations seems like an effective way to commit suicide.

And a long line of successors.

“If you make yourself more than just a man, if you devote yourself to an ideal, and if they can’t stop you, then you become something else entirely…”

I’ll see your Ducard and raise you a V.

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy. And ideas are bulletproof.

No one is going to kill him because it’s a lot easier to just wait and have a general strike not happen

Long long long overdue, corporate executives and the wealthy have lost their minds with their greed, and are helping slow walk us into true fascism under the right wing.

I am envious of this man’s seeming capability to honestly pursue the path of an actual hero. May the endeavor and fortune of he and his support structures only prove cause for that envy to grow.

Lay the ground for a national strike…… In 2028. Kind of an important detail to leave out of the headline.

I’m all for a national strike, but we really can’t wait that long.

General Strikes don’t just happen. Check out how long it took coal miners to organize one.

Aside from that, this is an endeavor we can all participate in. So if you’re saying it’s not soon enough, but also not organizing, you may want to be careful about criticism.

I didn’t mean to criticize the effort, sorry if it came across that way. I meant to criticize the article for leaving that out of the headline.

While I believe and wish it would happen sooner, my intention wasn’t to bash on the great work they’re doing.

If fascism wins in 2024 we may get a national strike in 2025. Read about Project 2025.

Until things are fixed there should be a national strike every year and marches upon the financiers who undermine our way of life to subsidize their luxuries

This would have more success if they called a strike over one central theme — like Medicare for all.

Lumping together a list of demands will just dilute the power and the message.

What’s mildly amusing is that those of us under union contracts can’t strike.

“bold” demands: real healthcare, a living wage, and sound taxation. man, even the nation has moved a bit to the right. anyway, excellent. finally someone shaping up to be a true,y great catalyst for our time to start the transformation we need. “transform or die” is line theme and necessity of our time.
