1 point for the episode/main plot. 1 point for the joke/scene.

Also points are made up and don’t matter.

Oh Captain Janeway! I almost posted that one but thought it would be too easy, so I looked for a trickier one.

Yeah it’s a hard one. The Xena poster makes me want to say it’s the tree house of horror episode with Lucy Lawless (stretch dude and clobber girl), but I think comic book guy only wore his villain costume in that episode.

Plus he has an iMac which those didn’t come out until late 1998-ish. So that puts this episode around season 10-11 at the earliest I would think.

Just a long way of me saying i don’t know, and it could be a lot of episodes…

Bonus screenshot a few frames later. You’re in the right general era.

Glad others are having trouble with it. I’m kinda thinking it’s from when Homer makes a website but not sure.

    Well played!

Also a good guess, but not quite. This episode does center (as many do) around Homer taking on a new job.

Is this s12 ep20? Where Homer starts a daddy daycare after busting his knee playing basketball at the Y? And his knee scab is super gross. And he’s great with the kids he looks after but continues to be the worst and most disinterested father to his own kids, much to their chagrin.
