Yes, it’s possible… and for PAGCOR’s purposes, 3M is exactly the money you need for a rebrand given the scale and reach of the corporation. Yun nga lang, that usually applies to a big reputable design firm with a wealth of experience and clientele in their belt. Not some mom-and-pop operating out of a Las Pinas bungalow and without a website.
Yes. We don’t really know their contracts, though, but hindi lang naman limited sa PAGCOR logo ang budget na yan. It can be either sa internal design, re-branding or whatnot.
