How well do you guys sleep? My current sleep schedule is the worst it has ever been and I’m not sure how I should go about fixing it.
How well do you guys sleep? My current sleep schedule is the worst it has ever been and I’m not sure how I should go about fixing it.
I work night shift, and switch to day life when I’m off shift. My schedule is generally, “oh, I’m tired, better go to bed”. I don’t think jet lag is going to be an issue for me any more though!
