Failure to login

I am unable to login to the windows client, getting an error saying:

“Failed to deserialize API response: Invalid character ‘<’ looking for beginning of value.”

I’ve recently had weird DNS problems with my ISP so I use 1.1.1.1 to access some websites. Upon disabling 1.1.1.1 and attempting to log in, I am met with “Error 429: Too Many Requests.”

I have tried reinstalling the client, restarting my router and restarting my PC.
