Discord isn’t owned by Microsoft, its ownership group has way more Tencent money than Microsoft money. But yeah. For a lot of people when they want to found a community, discord, disqus, and reddit are the three places that do it. Reddit is probably going to bleed more people to discord than the threadiverse at first.
