This is the goal of the Ontario conservatives. They literally sat on billions of federal COVID funds instead of funding healthcare. They WANT the publicly funded healthcare system to fail so that they can sell Ontarians on US style private healthcare and enrich their business donors.

It’s disgusting behaviour.
