Take that free raise and then go join a union. Thats fear they’re showing with those pay bumps. Unions are more powerful than you could ever imagine.

Yeah, that’s trying to appease the crowd without actually giving them the control they would have with a union. It shows that the recent move towards unionization has been effective and companies know they ultimately have no other option if their labor force does unionize.

So keep it up. Especially in the US, we’re perhaps half a century behind in union labor, wages, and quality of life.
