is it possible to change the app language ? in german, the word for settings is to long and breaks into 2 lines which looks awful…

Fixed the 2 line break issue, but yea, i’ll do something where you can change the language.

+1 for language setting. more options are always good and right now the translation is really inconsistent, mixing languages and sometimes just being flat out wrong.
