A Ukrainian drone on January 19 attacked an oil depot in Klintsy, in Russia's Bryansk region, sparking a fire at oil storage tanks before being shot down by Russian air defenses, regional governor Aleksandr Bogomaz said on Telegram.
When Russia says they shot something down and debris landed on the intended target it basically means air defense did fuck all, if it was even there, and the Ukrainian drone / missile had no issue hitting where it wanted to. Same way how initial “damaged” reports are basically almost always translating to “it’s completely fucked”.
It’s not for us, it’s for all the rural Russians who can only consume state media. Everyone else sees the pictures and videos and knows it’s bullshit.
So they shot down a drone carrying bombs over an oil depot? LOL
