    False. Spiderman games make overland travel as much fun as is possible, with a relatively small map. You get to swing through New York, there are optional random encounters and things to discover, you can cross the map in only a minute or two, and you’re still going to want to use the subway to get across the map now and again.

    False & TBH, kinda dumb.

    1.) Fallout, Arcanum & Fallout 2 weren’t boring.

    2.) Some games, like Daggerfall & the 3 mentioned above are simply too large to not have fast travel. Good luck finishing a game with 2 months of real-time travel between each objective.

    That opinion and the missing fast travel is a bit let down for the game. I already see myself getting annoyed because of that.

    I’m pretty open to it. I think a lot of the charm of DD1 was just wandering around, fighting monsters, and discovering random things.

    I will hope the ox carts are decent enough, though I’m really hoping that there is an eternal ferrystone like in the last game. With that and the limited number of fast travel points you could set, I thought that was a perfect balance.
