Sorry if this has been asked many times. I’m not an expert with backing up data so I’m asking here.

I’m helping out a business that is wanting to have a external backup for their PC (preferably on the cloud as physical external storage really isn’t an option). Currently they are using a high end Xeon workstation from 12 years ago and their entire business is basically on there, they’d basically be fucked if something was to happen to it. I’m surprised they haven’t lost anything yet. I’ve heard of services that can accomplish this but I have no idea what the best solution is. I checked the drive, there’s about 340GB of files that need to be backed up. Eventually they will have 2 PCs though and that will need to be backed up since they are expanding. The business has gigabit ethernet, so cloud solutions aren’t an issue.

It would be nice if the software could backup the entire OS, so if the hardware gets damaged it can just be restored back to its original state.
