I want to get some opinions on my part list for a sff pc.

I recently got a 4k 240hz monitor from LG to use with my Mac mini but I would like to use it for gaming. My previous pc I use for gaming until now, is a laptop with gtx 1060 from like 8 years ago, I really need an upgrade.

The games I mainly want to play are, ETS2, asseto corsa, half-life alyx, Minecraft (with shaders), cyberpunk. I would also like to get into more modern titles but I mainly play single player rpgs.

I want to utilize my 4k 240hz monitor, the 5070ti is probably not going to be able to use the full spec of my monitor but I hope it’s good enough to play comfortably in 4k on higher settings. The multi frame gen of the RTX 50 series seems like it would be great for this use case.

The main worries I have are, is the ryzen 7 9700x a good option for this build? If the price I can get for the 5070ti is about the same as a 4080, should I just stick with the 5070ti? Or should I save some money and go with a 4070ti super?

Other than those worries, is the rest of the build ok?

Here’s the parts list.
