I currently have a Polk PSW505 subwoofer that I’ve been mostly happy with (yes yes I know, according to most people Polk subs suck) except a lack of “oompf” and some quite humming while in standby. I’m looking at upgrading to an SVS PB-1000 Pro, but I’m concerned about the bigger/better sub having more impact on the neighbors. I currently haven’t had any complaints, and I don’t usually listen to high volumes late in the evening. Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts or experiences in the matter
