Is it possible to have the cameras detect both “motion” and “smart detection” but to only have notifications for the smart detections?

The use case is that I have waaay too many notifications if setup for motion. However, last night, my bin blew away and I want to see when/how it happened. However, the motion is not highlighted in the playback so it is pretty much impossible for me to find. I want motion highlighted so I can find it easily.
