    I agree on both counts, but I’m having a tough time seeing how universities are going to manage the end of legacy admissions when they’re all hyper-reliant on alumni donations. Plenty of alumni will cease donating if a family member—let alone a child—is refused admission.

    Of course, I would love to see universities stop relying so much on alumni donations. They charge insane amounts for tuition, causing plenty of their students to accrue insane debts just to attend, and then have the gall to pester them for more free money? Arrogant jackasses.

    Not considering race = believable

    Not considering legacy? Sure. Any dipshit with deep pockets who went there and wants their kid to go there will find a way.

    As always, the law applies differently based on skin color and class
