What a beautiful Sydney day to be stuck inside in monotonous meetings 😮‍💨 Anyone lucky enough to make the most of it?

We will be soon. I’m just at the GP and we’ll be heading out for a walk after. Doc asked me to take RAT test as apparently COVID is going around in a big way. I really should get my booster.

Hope you feel better soon and the test is negative! I just had covid for 2 months and it was awful, hopefully I’ve got enough immunity now to keep it away for a while.

Yeah test was negative and all good thanks. I just have an annoying phlegm thing and the doc reckons it’s just some lingering post infection thing that will clear up with a nasal spray.

I’ve been lucky not to get COVID so far, as far as I know anyway.

Now we’re off into the arvo sunshine.

My milk frother isn’t working properly. It doesn’t get as hot and produces too much froth even though I haven’t changed any settings. Joining an 8am meeting without good coffee is terrible.

I’ll try to see if I can get it fixed. Don’t know if they have any online/phone support but I want to try to not buy new items for things that are fixable.

Do you think it is okay to pet dogs who are just chilling while tied up outside shop entrances?

We have a lot of dogs in our area and sometimes I see other people do this, but I haven’t been able to work out the accepted etiquette on this point.

Personally I’d ask the owner. Sometimes it turns out it’s a guide/assistance dog in training or not friendly.
