Many players are reporting that they can’t move to World Tiers 3 and 4 after completing the Capstone dungeon. Instead there seem to be level requirements implemented. This is only the case on new characters created after the patch. Apparently, these come in at level 50 for the WT2 to WT3 transition, and at level 70 for WT3 to WT4. This information is coming both from a thread the official forums and from many, many posts in the Sanctuary Discord, as players are unable to move into the tiers without meeting the level requirements.
Sounds about right. If they’ve deliberately made this change, they should change the “recommended level” text on the world tier descriptions as it’s now mandatory, not just recommended.

They’re too busy slowing down the gameplay so they can pretend the game is longer.

I’ve played several day worth of game time since launch and I’m still in the 50s with tons of stuff still to do on the map? How much are you people playing this game?
wait is this why is everyone so mad about the patch prior to season 1 ?
The major thing I have seen is helltide is worthless now, but AFAIK cinder drop rate is bugged and will be fixed.
