I’m guessing the joke is that how did she not see the ones not in the cage. Assuming the man is showing her around his home, she’s just asked if this is his only pet.
The funny is two seconds later when she sees the other snake(s).

Is hard to explain, but in this case is “yo tampoco”. “Yo también” is like “me too”, “yo tampoco” would be “me neither”
