Can’t recall it fully, but I think this is a custom flexible ceiling that’s fixed in place with steel rods where it touches other walls so it’s basically doing what it should be doing! You slowly drain it by sticking a circle of tape and puncturing it in the middle.

I had this happened where it was successfully drained. The good part was that it was over the bathtub, however the bad part was the pregnant belly being all tile. That would hurt.
