Eight trees surrounding the Hatfield Federal Courthouse in downtown Portland will “not recover” after a man destroyed their branches, according to court documents.

Where are they buying their trees from? Trees that size are less than $100 each.

  The cost is probably including the labor required to excavate the sidewalk, fill with topsoil, and then install those cover grates around them.
