On one side of the coin you side with Disney because meatball Ron is dogshit awful and on the other side of the coin you hear Disney ceo say their demands are unrealistic (because how else is the company and board members going to rake in billions if we pay a living wage)
The enemy of your enemy isn’t always your friend
People in manufacturing environments have been pretty much beaten into submission. Everyone is too afraid to strike. Too many peoole living paycheck to paycheck. It’s disheartening seeing co workers absolutely pissed about our situation, but just resigning to things because there’s nothing they can do. I try to tell them that there are more of us than them, and if we decide to stop working, there is nothing the company can do about it. But unfortunately, people are too afraid :(
