It’s the weekend and that means more time for games.

I’m currently working towards 100% on Gran Turismo 3, something I have never done in the 23 years since it launched. I’ve played it, a lot, but I’ve never actually achieved 100%. I’m at about 60% so not long to go now.

How are you spending your weekend?
Are you working on your backlog or playing something new?

Final fantasy 7 remake. I had played a little when it was on ps+ before. I expected to continue but my save wasn’t there. I started again on easy instead and enjoyed it more, as the story flowed quicker, but the challenge is missing. I might change back when I catch up to previously, but I’m not sure.

Helldivers 2, because freedom isn’t going to spread itself!

    Also because it’s fantastic.

“Not long to go” Buddy I hate to break it to ya but if memory serves me correctly the last races you need to do for completion are 24 hour long marathons and I’m pretty sure there’s more than 1 of those.

    Good luck!

Fate Samurai Remnant. Enjoyed beating it a few weeks ago and starting up NG+ to see the alternate routes.

BG3. I played a good bit when it came out, but had a lot of other stuff I also wanted to play at the same time, finally got a PS5 and brought my PS4 library back into the picture (because PS4 loads suck), and had all kind of other distractions.

I’m now at almost 80 hours and still have a lot of act 2 map to explore (though I did just lock out some quests by going in the wrong order). It’s really impressive how they make all your decisions feel like the one the game intended for you to make. Most games don’t try.

With my busy schedule I try to keep only 3 games in active rotation. Any more than that and I can’t keep track of what’s happening. Currently my 3 are, Helldivers 2, Tekken 8 and Balatro. First two give me a nice arcade like challenge and Balatro when I want a more chill game I can play on remote. (Tekken 8 is unplayable on Portal or any other Remote Play device.)
