I’d like to read some more sovcit court transcripts. I’ve read all the Canadian ones available on CanLii but I wonder where American ones would be.

Are they easy to link? I’d love to read what these nut jobs get up to in court.

Sure, there are many here: https://www.canlii.org/en/#search/text=Pseudolaw&searchId=2024-03-06T08%3A57%3A49%3A356%2F124d8316c02f4c57a6692643ade470aa

Some of these are legal essays, or whatever they’re called, but most of them are court cases.

Here is a funny one where the sovcit demands to be addressed as Freedom Rings: https://casetext.com/case/united-states-v-nissen-11

Is this person arguing about a restraining order put against them? (I’m bad at legitimate legalese. Sovcit nonsense is a far bigger challenge.)

I feel bad for the victim if so. Even with the backing of the court, being terrorized by these nutjobs is fraught with anxiety.

He says he hasn’t paid taxes in 10 years and gets arrested a lot. I’m surprised he’s ever out of jail.

I wonder if these are posed as challenges every so often for first year law students

I’ll ask my lawyer friend, who recently had a bill sent to him by a sovcit for 9 million dollars lol.

One of the most useful pieces of advice I’ve ever had, from a lawyer, was to be careful not to give too much weight to a nonsense argument. I doubt any decent lawyer would respond to this.

So sovvie encounters a wild aneurysm, karks out some word salad thinking he’s platinum, signs off on it and calls it a day; judge takes a gander, goes all “lolwtf is this shit, nope, gtfoh u idiot byeeee”.

Meanwhile, sovvie has never recovered the use of the left side of his body, has extreme difficulty when trying to eat, and still thinks he got the judge good.

Is that a thumbprint in blood? I’m surprised they accepted that document at all, rather than disposing of it unread on the grounds it’s a biohazard
