I’d rather see the ceo of companies arrested for employing them. That’s the only way to solve the issue.
Or alternatively we could stop destroying Latin America, defeating the need for these people to escape anything in the first place.

Thats harder than you think. Hard to convict a guy for hanging out and volunteering, you have to catch them getting paid, and thats easy to hide with cash.
