I don’t know what everyone means when they use ‘rule’ in the title and at this point I’m too afraid to ask. Please enlighten me.

      Yes they can, but the use of ‘too afraid to ask’ implies they won’t or can’t do it.

          I’m dealing with it fine, I just said it’s stupid. You don’t seem to be dealing too well though so perhaps you should look inward at your ability to ‘deal with it’.
