So the civil jury that found him guilty committed libel? If someone is found guilty of voluntary manslaughter, you think that means people in casual conversation couldn’t call them a murderer?

I don’t know any educated people who would. He was not convicted of murder, and legal libel is a low standard to meet.

There is zero evidence that Trump committed rape on Jean. She doesn’t know the most basic facts. I get you dislike Trump, but banana courts are just damaging to the whole country.

Hahaha. You don’t know ANYone “educated” that would call someone who intentionally killed someone, but was convicted of a lower crime, a murderer. Ok sure.

No one’s talking about a court, we’re talking about casual discourse between civilians. Oh wait, except for the court that found trump responsible for sexual abuse

Oh wait, except for the court that found trump responsible for sexual abuse Trump is legally libel for sexual abuse. The jury agreed with the lack of evidence and still came to the conclusion it happened. I don’t deny that at all.

What does this even mean? The jury found him liable for sexual abuse. What crazy mental gymnastics are you doing to suggest that they “agreed with the lack of evidence”?

Any reasonable person with a hint of intelligence would have told her to go pound sand. Basically her evidence was she said it happened. Nothing else.

There is no way to defend yourself from such insanity.
