I then had to wait two hours for a taxi. I was in tears from anxiety by the time I got home, then had to go back to work. Luckily I am WFH so no one could see me crying. That was a bad day!

Top tip, book the first appointment of the day (specifically request this) You’ll almost always be seen on time.
