I don’t think Trump has a better position on anything - but mostly because he doesn’t actually have a political philosophy other than “I should be dictator”. He doesn’t lead his mob, he follows it. So he doesn’t have any positions of his own.
There is no issue on which he has a strong moral stance. It’s all self-glorification. For example - he doesn’t give a shit about abortion. Never has. It’s probably benefited him in the past actually. But his base hates it and therefore so does he. So now he takes credit for its loss of federal protection. If his base decides TikTok must go he’ll change again.

I’m not convinced. I think China can just pay him to say TikTok is good and his base will bend over backwards to accommodate him.
And if that’s the case, China could just pay him to have better China policy than Biden.
