Apple’s not going to call the cops on their customers waiting to buy a phone.
Apple stores are not the only places that sell IPhones, and campers could spill into other properties
Then I think it would be on those businesses to call the police if they don’t want the Apple campers there.
Apple rents or owns the storefront, but not the sidewalk. That’s town/city owned and regulated. The business can call police if there’s an obstruction to their entrance or display.
