One foot after another. One pedal pump after another. There is no gym. There are no people. There is no me. A flowing dance of rhythm. Move. Breathe. Move. Breathe. Move. Breathe. And the thunderous applause of my heart. There’s nothing else If someone asked me where I was, what day it was, or even who I was I wouldn’t know. That state is what I push for when doing cardio. Sometimes I even hit it during my sets and I basically run through my whole workout a second time due to how awesome I feel.
