Canada dropped two spots this year in the World Happiness Report to 15 and while still in the top 20, a look at how age groups feel about their happiness may shed some insight.

Yes, I am that parent. I have no money for retirement, and I don’t own a house, and my income is entirely spent on the family. I feel pretty insecure and a bit bad that I don’t have the means to leave them anything when I die.
If that was the case then we’d have legislation that taxes property speculators - we do not.
In fact I keep hearing how they want to protect “mom and pop” landlords, or how landlords are doing a service by providing rentals.
ONLY the provincial Green Party has proposed doing fuck all about speculators. Speculators became a larger segment of the market than first time buyers a few years back.
