This is very true.
I only order groceries online, and my husband sometimes goes to the store for random things and stuff I forget. So this still applies to me!
I’m only home about 9 hrs a day. Even my days off. 6 hrs sleep. 2 hrs gaming. 30 minutes eating. 30 mins laundry or whatever cleaning. Yes my house is a mess.
