Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. argued President Biden is a greater threat to democracy than former President Trump because Kennedy was blocked on social media platforms during the Biden administration, which he labeled as an effort to “censor political speech” and undermine the First Amendment.

And here is another example
Student loans are a perfect example. The courts stopped that quickly as they should have.

R1. Don’t call names.
Also your statement makes zero sense. Forgiving student loans goes against the constitution. It is a power the president has. Our republic has rules and Biden can’t be a dictator.
So yes, that’s protecting our republic.
Do you think that Biden “overstepped” to a greater degree than other recent Presidents?
For example, do you think Trump selling 70+ Presidential pardons for $2 million apiece was not a case of him overstepping?
I am not aware of trump selling a pardon. Do you have an article about it? If accurate, that would be an overstep.

No your statement doesn’t make sense because as I explained it ignores the checks and balances in our system. Biden over stepped his authority and was smacked down by the courts. That is how how our democracy is defended.
I prefer you stop ad hominem attacks against posters and stick to discussing the topic. It’s not that hard.
