That’s a generated image, keep that in mind. “fat shaming” may cause suffering, if that’s what you’re getting at but who is fat here? if op chose to use “man” instead of a “woman” in their prompt, would it still derange you as much? can you clearly write what you think the problem in this image is, instead of nagging (which, i appreciate. thanks for commenting instead of ignoring)
