The system requirements for both setting tiers including ray tracing include AMD cards Edit: weird, another version of the system requirements does not. it is indeed disabled at launch: https://www.extremetech.com/gaming/ratchet-and-clank-rift-apart-doesnt-support-ray-tracing-on-amd-gpus-at
