    They’re accusing warlords under the former Western backed regime as being responsible. But didn’t the Taliban force Hindus and Sikhs to wear patches to identify themselves, the last time they were in control? Also there was the banning of cremations and paying of a religious minority tax.

      Yeah, they also said they weren’t going to interfere with stuff like women attending school. But we all know how that turned out. I don’t expect this to be different.
