I don’t speak okmatewanker, but I understand a bit. The camera owner is a bicyclist. While on the road, they were passed by the car driver. At a stop sign, the bicyclist objects to the car driver that they “passed way too close” and the car driver says the bicyclist should not be taking up too much of the lane. The rest is history.
