    I’m not sure what the take away from this is supposed to be other than don’t invest in miners?

    This article fails to mention what happens when fewer miners mine; mining becomes easier.

    The article also fails to mention what happens to the price of coins when the halving occurs. Thus far the price has always gone up to accommodate.

    With interest rates at the highest they’ve been since bitcoin became a thing, this halving may be the most interesting one yet.

    If anything this article is a signal to buy before the price goes up. Not that I am suggesting that. I am not a financial advisor and certainly not your financial advisor.

      The whole article is a nothing burger. This was known since bitcoin’s inception and miners have gone through this several times before. Also they say it’s “an update to the bitcoin software” when it’s not.
